🕌 ハラール認証のための宗教洗浄を実施しました
～イスラミックセンターよりイマームをお招きして～
【ステップ1】厳かな祈りと共に始まる儀式
イスラミックセンターからイマーム（イスラム教の指導者）とスタッフの方にお越しいただき、第一加工場をハラールビーフ専用の加工場とするための**宗教洗浄（Ritual Cleansing）**を行いました。
最初に神への祈りを捧げることで、清めの工程がスタートします。
【ステップ2】隅々まで徹底した清掃
まるで大掃除のように工場内を徹底的に清掃します。
洗剤や漂白剤（ハイター）も使いますが、印象的だったのは「砂」を用いた洗浄。
まな板やテーブル、引き出しまで砂をこすりつけて清めていきます。
【ステップ3】最後に再び祈りを
すべての清掃が完了した後、イマームの方による最後の祈りが捧げられ、宗教洗浄の儀式は完了となります。
Ritual Cleansing Performed for Halal Certification
– With Imams and Staff from the Islamic Center –
[Step 1] Ceremony Begins with a Solemn Prayer
We invited an Imam (Islamic religious leader) and staff from the Islamic Center to our Primary Processing Plant to conduct a ritual cleansing in preparation for Halal beef processing.
The procedure began with a prayer to Allah to purify the facility.
[Step 2] Thorough Cleaning – Every Corner Counts
Just like a deep, thorough cleaning, the entire facility was meticulously washed.
While regular detergents and bleach were used, what stood out was the use of sand in the process.
Surfaces like cutting boards, tables, and drawers were scrubbed using sand as part of the purification.
[Step 3] Final Prayer to Conclude the Cleansing
Once all cleaning was completed, a final prayer was offered by the Imam, signifying the end of the ritual cleansing process.
