スープにすれば最高の出汁が取れます、肉を炊いてホロホロにしても美味しいです！！
1頭分のテールを関節カットしているのでテールの先の細い部分から付け根の太い部分までがまとまって1Pに入っています。
約1Kg～1.5kgの大きさになっています。

【Product Description】
This product is processed at our own Halal-certified processing facility.
Using equipment that has undergone ritual cleansing under the supervision of an imam from the Islamic Center,
every step from slaughter to processing is handled safely in accordance with Islamic law (Halal) standards.
We’ve cut the tail from one whole animal into convenient joint-cut pieces.
It makes an excellent broth for soup, and the meat is also delicious when simmered until tender!!
Since the tail from one whole animal is cut along the joints, each package contains the entire tail—from the thin tip to the thick base—all in one piece.
Each package weighs approximately 1 kg to 1.5 kg.
