大阪寝屋川加工場 ハラール宗教洗浄の様子
イスラミックセンターからイスラム教のイマーム（日本のお坊さんの偉い人）の方とスタッフの方に来て頂き、弊社第一加工場をハラールビーフ加工場とする為に宗教洗浄を行いました。まずはお祈りで始まり、洗浄していきます。
本当に大掃除のごとく、隅々まで洗っていきます。
洗剤やハイターも使いますが、独特なのは砂で洗う事です。
まな板やテーブル、引き出しまで砂を擦り付けて洗うのです。
全ての掃除が終わり、最後にイマームの方がお祈りをして終わります。
Halal Purification Ceremony at Our Processing Facility
To officially designate our primary processing plant as a Halal-certified beef facility, we welcomed an Imam and staff from the Islamic Center to conduct a religious purification ritual.
The ceremony began with prayers and proceeded with a thorough cleaning process.
Every part of the facility was meticulously cleaned—similar to an intensive deep cleaning.
While detergents and bleach were used, what made the process unique was the use of sand for scrubbing.
Even cutting boards, tables, and drawers were cleansed by rubbing them with sand.
Once the entire purification was completed, the Imam concluded the process with a final prayer.
